Song Of The Sea is a three-bedroom cottage at the start of Penzance Promenade, sleeping five across a king-size, twin and single. The property overlooks Jubilee Pool - the large art deco seawater lido - and sits on the sea side of the town. Dogs are welcome and parking is available.

Inside, the open-plan living area has sea views and leads into a bright kitchen with a dishwasher and door to the courtyard garden. A ground-floor WC and a family bathroom handle the plumbing. Upstairs, the dual-aspect master has a king-size bed, TV and a window seat looking across Mount's Bay toward the lido. The twin has sea views, and the single faces the garden.

Outside, a private courtyard garden comes with a BBQ and picnic table. Eastern Green Beach lies 1.6 km away, Long Rock Beach 2.6 km, and Mousehole Beach 3.7 km. Penzance Harbour, with its Scillonian ferry to the Isles of Scilly, is a short walk along the promenade.

Penzance has a mix of independent galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants, plus fishing trips and wildlife cruises from the harbour. St Michael's Mount sits three miles out in Mount's Bay and is reachable on foot across the causeway at low tide, or by small ferry at high tide. The Newlyn fish market and the coast road to Mousehole are within 10 minutes by car.
