Savoy Bay is a ground-floor one-bedroom apartment in Mullion village on the Lizard, sleeping two with one bathroom. The apartment sits within Savoy House on Churchtown, the village's main street, with a private courtyard at the rear.

Wifi and parking are included - parking is on-street nearby rather than dedicated on-site. The apartment is compact and suited to a couple travelling light. No washing machine or dishwasher, which is worth factoring in for stays over a week. The private courtyard gives a sheltered spot for a morning coffee without leaving the cottage.

Three beaches sit within 1.8km. Polurrian Beach is 1.1km south - a sandy cove backed by the Polurrian Hotel on the cliff. Poldhu Cove is 1.6km, and Mullion Cove harbour - built to shelter fishing boats from Atlantic swells - is 1.8km. The village has a pub and a shop within walking distance. Kynance Cove, with its serpentine rock stacks and turquoise water, is about 3 miles further south along the coast path.

Best for couples who want a village-centre base on the Lizard with several beaches close by. Less good for those needing laundry facilities, a large kitchen for longer stays, or a guaranteed private parking space.
