Sarahs Cottage

Sarah's Cottage is a three-bedroom stone cottage set in traditional farmland in west Cornwall, sleeping five. It is one of three properties on the same working farm, which can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests for larger gatherings.

Inside, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the heart of the ground floor. The lounge has a TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker, and the dining table seats six. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A WC sits on the ground floor. Upstairs, three bedrooms - a single, a twin and a king-size with en-suite shower - share a family bathroom with shower over bath. Wifi is included, and the layout is described as accessible.

Outside, the large lawned garden holds a hot tub with countryside views, plus space for alfresco dining. Off-street parking is provided and up to two dogs are welcome.

The cottage sits between Cornwall's two coasts. The nearest beaches are Gwithian Towans (6.9km), Godrevy Beach (7.9km) and Porthkidney Beach (8km) on the north coast, with Praa Sands the closest on the south. St Ives and Marazion, home to St Michael's Mount, are within reach, along with the Minack Theatre, Tate St Ives and Land's End. The surrounding farmland makes the cottage a quiet base for touring the far west of the county.
