Chi an Mor

Chi an Mor is a converted barn on a working dairy farm at Lower Kenneggy, near Praa Sands. The single-storey property sleeps four in two super king-size bedrooms, each with en-suite walk-in shower and Smart TV. Underfloor heating runs throughout.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer-dryer and coffee machine. Both bedrooms have remote-control blackout ceiling windows. Three Smart TVs and WiFi are included, along with a selection of games.

An enclosed garden has a patio with lawn, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Off-road parking for two cars is available. Praa Sands - a mile-long surf beach with RNLI lifeguard cover - is 1.4 km away. Prussia Cove, the old smugglers' cove with rocky inlets and clear water, is also 1.4 km along the coast path.

The location sits between Helston and Penzance in west Cornwall. The Welloe pub is about 0.1 miles from the cottage. Penzance and Marazion are roughly 15 minutes east by car, and the Lizard is a similar distance south. The south-west coast path passes nearby, connecting Praa Sands to Prussia Cove and the Mount's Bay coastline.

Best for couples seeking a quiet farm setting with easy beach access and good road links west. Less good for families with young children - the property sleeps four with no cot facilities listed and dogs are not permitted.
