Sliding glass doors open onto a three-level terraced garden with multiple patios and seating areas - a practical outdoor setup whether you are eating, reading, or watching the tide. A king-size and a twin bedroom share two bathrooms; the layout sleeps four without any overlap.

The harbour is under 1km away on foot, reachable along quiet residential lanes. From the harbour you can pick up the Camel Trail cycle route, which runs 17 miles to Bodmin following the old railway line. Padstow has a range of restaurants, an independent bakery scene, and a Saturday market.

Three beaches are within easy range: Daymer Bay (3km) is good for families and paddling, Trevone Bay (3.1km) has a tidal pool, and Greenaway Beach (3.6km) is one of the least visited on this stretch of coast. EV charging is on-site - genuinely useful for this part of North Cornwall where public chargers are spread thin. BBQ, dishwasher, parking, and dog-friendly policy complete the picture.

Best for couples and small families who want estuary views and easy harbour access. Less good for those needing a beach at the front door - the nearest sandy beach is 3km away by road.
