Roberts Cottage

Roberts Cottage is a contemporary three-bedroom cottage in the centre of Padstow, sleeping six with estuary views. It sits around 500 metres from the historic harbour front, putting the town's restaurants, galleries and the National Lobster Hatchery within a short walk.

On the ground floor, the lounge has two sofas arranged around a pebble-effect electric fire. The kitchen-diner is fitted with a dishwasher and has a breakfast bar alongside a dining table, with the estuary visible beyond. A ground-floor shower room with WC is useful for sandy returns from the beach. Upstairs sit three bedrooms - a double, a twin and a bunk room - sharing a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside, the rear garden is enclosed by fencing, shrubbery and walls with two patio areas: one with a dining table for six and the other a low table with seating for four. A lawned strip between them catches glimpses of the estuary. A garage provides extra cold storage with an additional fridge-freezer for groups planning to self-cater. Off-street parking is on site and up to two dogs are welcome.

The nearest beach is Trevone Bay at 2.7km, with Daymer Bay 2.8km and Greenaway Beach 3.4km, all accessible on foot or by the Rock ferry across the Camel Estuary. Lower Beach and St Saviours Point lie 0.8 miles north by walking or cycling, and the wide sands and dunes of Harbour Cove are around two miles away. The Camel Trail and South West Coast Path both pass through town.
