It has gorgeous coastal views and is a mile away from the popular east and west areas of Looe with the River Looe running through the centre of the town. East Looe is the main tourism hub with narrow streets lined with shops, cafes and pubs that lead through to East Looe Beach, a popular family-friendly resort.

As you enter the apartment you have the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with a bright and airy feel. There are two two-seater sofas, a coffee table, TV and sea views from the window. There’s also a door that opens up to a small balcony with a table and chairs – perfect for your morning coffee or evening beverage. The dining area offers a table and chairs for four, plus two Velux windows allowing in plenty of natural light. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to rustle up some homecooked meals or do some laundry. As you head out to the first bedroom, you have an inviting super-king, carpeted floor, chest of drawers and TV. The second bedroom offers a super-king-size bed that can be unlinked to make twin beds if you wish. There’s also a TV in this bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, there is a communal lawn at the front, plus parking space for two cars.
