The lounge, with a wooden floor, two sofas, armchairs, an ornamental fireplace and a TV, looks onto the pretty street with whitewashed period homes.

Explore the region and entertain your loved ones in this bright and light three-bedroom mid-terraced house, with contemporary seaside decor set alongside original features. Situated three streets from the waterfront, internationally renowned restaurants are a little over 500 metres away, with the National Lobster Hatchery less than half a mile on foot. The town centre, with its centuries-old merchant houses and narrow meandering streets, begins 300 metres from the property’s front door. And there’s much to explore within a short car ride, such as the Camel Trail - which begins half a mile away and runs along the coast to Wadebridge - and Prideaux Place, a Grade I listed Elizabethan country house (0.8 miles).

The lounge, with a wooden floor, two sofas, armchairs, an ornamental fireplace and a TV, looks onto the pretty street with whitewashed period homes. To the rear is the open-plan kitchen-diner, where sunlight pours in through windows and French doors that open onto the garden. With a dining table for six, a breakfast bar seating two and a sofa opposite the cooking area, this is an uplifting, super social space to prepare and enjoy meals together. Also on this floor is a shower room, which doubles as a laundry. The upstairs comprises three carpeted bedrooms (a king, a twin and one with single bunk beds), and a family bathroom.

An attractive walled area of shrubbery and seasonally blooming flowers greets guests at the front of the house. The back garden, enclosed by fencing, is set over two levels, accessed by four steps from the back door and three from the kitchen’s French doors. On the top level is a wooden picnic table for estuary-view meals, while a sheltered lower level provides a table and bench seats for drinks and snacks.
