Polkerris Beach (4 miles) is located a little further east of Golant offering a beautiful stretch of sand with clear waters. It's a popular spot for water sports enthusiasts, offering opportunities for sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding. The beach is backed by a pub and a restaurant, perfect for a post-beach meal or drink.

The dining table has plenty of space for all the family and makes for a great spot to crack out a board game or catch up around the table. The kitchen is through an open doorway and is light, bright and very well equipped, full of natural light and modern appliances. Next door is a very handy utility room with access to an outside courtyard where you can kick off your boots or store your paddleboards. You also have a downstairs shower room on this floor. Upstairs are three good-sized bedrooms, two of them offering wonderful views of the river and beyond. The master boasts an en-suite shower room with WC, whilst the main bathroom with a shower over the bath completes this floor.
