Moorside

Moorside is a single-storey cottage in Carbis Bay with a hot tub, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms. It sits just 300 metres from Carbis Bay beach - a Blue Flag, lifeguarded stretch of pale sand facing north across St Ives Bay.

The main bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed, Smart TV, and en-suite walk-in shower. A second king-size room (configurable as twins) and a double bedroom make up the remaining sleeping space. A wet room with walk-in shower serves the property. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining, and sitting space in a single room.

A separate beach house in the grounds contains a table, chairs, sofa, and a changing bench for the hot tub. A tumble dryer is also housed here. The garden is enclosed, and off-road parking is provided.

Porthminster Beach - a south-facing, lifeguarded sandy beach with an award-winning cafe - is 2 km away in St Ives. St Ives Harbour Beach, sheltered by Smeaton's Pier, is 2.3 km distant. Carbis Bay sits on the St Ives Bay Line branch railway, with trains running to St Erth in 12 minutes for mainline connections. St Ives itself is a 25-minute walk along the coast path or one stop on the branch line, giving access to the Tate gallery, harbour, and the town's restaurants.
