Nestled on a verdant site at Pensilva, 5 miles from Liskeard, it has two bedrooms and sleeps four guests. It is just 3.5 miles from Bodmin Moor, with its magnificent landscapes and beauty spots. Venture 4 miles from the lodge into the moor to see the ancient, carved King Doniert’s Stone or the Hurlers Stone Circles, believed to be among the best examples of ceremonial circles in the Southwest. Dartmoor, with its opportunities for walking and cycling, is 20 miles away. Make your way 14.5 miles down to the coast to find pretty coves and beautiful beaches. Pick up the South West Coast Path at Downderry and head in either direction. Have a day out on the sandy beach at East Looe, 13.5 miles away, or Tregantle, 15.5 miles away.

Head back to this inviting lodge after your many exciting excursions. Amble straight through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to enjoy a little precious downtime together. Take turns at preparing tasty meals and snacks in the kitchen, which has been equipped with all the modern accessories you need to help you cater for your small party. Gather around the wooden table within the sociable, open plan space, for your holiday feasts or dine out in the fresh air instead. Pull the bi-folding doors back on warm days to create easy indoor/outdoor living. Carry your coffee over to the soft seating to sip as you flick through the streaming options on the Smart TV. Choose a book from the shelves or simply savour the views. As darkness falls over the Cornish countryside, meander through to one of your inviting bedrooms. Both with double beds, Smart TV's plus the luxury of large, stylish en suite facilities - one has a double shower and the other a free standing bath.

There is a private patio area, complete with garden furniture, where you can enjoy breakfast on fine summer mornings and dine out under clear night skies on milder evenings; additionally there is a communal grassed area for guests to enjoy.  There is private parking for two cars at the lodge.
