Mooringside

Mooringside is a single-storey cottage at Penpol near Devoran, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms. It sits close to Point Quay on the Restronguet Creek, within 7 km of the Fal Estuary coast and the village of St Mawes.

Inside, three bedrooms include two king-size doubles and one standard double - one king-size can be configured as twins on request. Note that one bedroom has an internal window only. A shower room with walk-in shower and a separate bathroom with bath and shower serve the property. The galley kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Off-road parking is available for one car, with additional public parking at Point Quay less than 100 metres away. An enclosed front courtyard garden has outdoor furniture. No pets are permitted.

Castle Beach in Falmouth - a sand-and-shingle stretch below Pendennis Castle with rock pools and clear water for snorkelling - is 6.7 km away. St Mawes beach on the Roseland, with its sheltered harbour and kayaking, is the same distance. The village sits between Truro (3 miles north) and Falmouth (8 miles south), with the Pandora Inn at Restronguet Creek and Trelissick Garden both under 10 minutes by car.
