This pretty, stone cottage is typical of St Ives with its lovely, welcoming exterior. From the garden path, climb 6 steps up to the front door. Step into the hallway and on into the spacious open-plan ground floor living area comprising a lounge with sofas (one of which is a 4ft 6 sofa bed), a 40" TV, a light and airy dining space and a well-equipped kitchen for all your self-catering needs. Back into the hall, stairs take you to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms – a master double that comes complete with an en-suite shower room and a second family room with a small double bed and bunk beds. There’s also an additional family shower room.

Outside, there is a small bench at the front of the property to enjoy a cup of tea.
