Mill is a three-bedroom barn conversion on Nancegollan Farm, near Porthleven on Cornwall's south coast. The property sleeps six and welcomes up to two dogs, with a wood burner, open fire, and off-road parking for two cars.

Inside, the ground floor is open plan - kitchen, sitting area, and dining space arranged around the wood burner. The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, table-top freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine with tumble dryer. One bedroom has a king-size double with en-suite shower room; a second has a super-king double (zip/link to twin on request); and a twin room completes the sleeping arrangements. There are two bathrooms in total, plus a cloakroom.

Outside, the property has a garden and patio with furniture and a BBQ. Porthcew at Rinsey Cove is 7.3 km away - a quiet, dog-friendly National Trust cove with clear water and mining heritage in the cliffs. Porthleven Beach, also 7.3 km, is a south-facing surf break backed by the harbour and its restaurants.

Porthleven itself has developed into one of Cornwall's strongest food destinations. Kota Restaurant and Kota Kai sit on the harbour, with the annual Porthleven Food Festival drawing thousands each April. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, and Helston is a short drive north.
