Haven

Haven is a three-bedroom house on Bay View Terrace in Porthleven, set within the working fishing village on Cornwall's south coast. The property is roughly 300 metres from Porthleven Beach and overlooks one of Cornwall's most photographed harbours, where restaurants including Kota and Amelie's line the waterfront.

The house is arranged over two floors with a kitchen, sitting room, and dining room on the ground level. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, and dishwasher. Three bedrooms - a double, a twin, and a bunk room - are upstairs, along with a bathroom (bath with shower over) and a separate WC. Wi-Fi is included throughout.

Outside, a terrace with garden furniture faces toward the harbour. Harbourside parking operates on a first-come basis, with a pay-and-display car park a short walk away. Porthleven Beach is 0.3km south, Porthcew at Rinsey Cove 3.8km along the coast path, and Praa Sands 5.6km to the east.

Porthleven has a strong food scene anchored by the annual Food Festival each April. The South West Coast Path passes through the village in both directions - east toward Loe Bar and the freshwater Loe Pool, west toward the engine houses at Wheal Prosper. Helston is 3 miles north, and the Lizard is a 20-minute drive south.
