Mill Cottage

The cottage has an open fire, a garden, EV charging point, and parking. Wifi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. Saturday changeover.

Bossiney Cove is 0.8km on foot - a narrow cove reached by a steep path with a small waterfall at the back. Tintagel Castle, managed by English Heritage, is the main draw in the area: the ruined medieval headland castle has a footbridge added in 2019 reconnecting the two sides of the promontory. The South West Coast Path runs directly along the cliffs here, with dramatic drops to the sea. Crackington Haven is 10.5km south along the path.

Rocky Valley, a narrow wooded gorge with a small stream and Bronze Age rock carvings, is also within walking distance of the cottage.

Best for couples or small families who want coast path access and a proper fire in the evenings. Less good for those needing multiple bathrooms or a hot tub.
