Mews Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage on Fore Street in Tintagel village centre, within walking distance of the 14th-century Old Post Office (National Trust) and the shops and pubs that line the main street. The property welcomes one well-behaved dog.

Inside, a king-size bedroom with TV and a twin bedroom share a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and basin. The kitchen and dining room are separate from the sitting room, which has a smart TV with Sky. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. A highchair is available for families with young children.

An enclosed courtyard at the rear has patio furniture, and a free parking permit covers one car space next to the cottage - a useful feature in a village that gets busy during summer months.

Bossiney Cove Beach, a secluded sandy cove with turquoise water and Elephant Rock, is 1.3km away and accessible at low tide. Tregardock Beach, a remote surf beach with dramatic rock formations, sits 4.6km along the coast. Tintagel Castle (English Heritage), reached by the 2019 footbridge spanning a 58-metre gorge, is the village's main draw, and St Nectan's Glen waterfall is a short drive away.
