The five bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bath and private balcony, two further king-size rooms each with walk-in showers, and two double rooms sharing a Jack and Jill shower room. A lower-ground-floor shower room with twin walk-in showers and a separate cloakroom complete the wet rooms. Two dishwashers handle the volume, and a coffee machine, PlayStation, and two Smart TVs add practical touches.

The rear garden is enclosed and has a terrace with furniture and a gas BBQ - useful for groups. Polzeath Beach is a 5-minute walk (0.4 km), with Greenaway Beach 0.8 km south and Daymer Bay 1.3 km along the coast. Two dogs are welcome.

Polzeath is a surf village on the north Cornwall coast, with several surf schools operating from the beach between Easter and October. The Oyster Catcher and Waterfront bar are within walking distance, and Rock is about 2 miles south along the coast road. The water taxi from Rock to Padstow opens up the Camel Estuary for day trips.
