Meadowside is a four-bedroom dormer bungalow in Goonhavern, a village on the A3075 between Newquay and Perranporth. The property sleeps eight and comes with a private hot tub and wood-burning stove.

Perranporth Beach - 3 miles of golden sand with The Watering Hole pub built on the beach, consistent surf, and RNLI lifeguard cover in summer - is 3.2km away. Holywell Bay, a dune-backed beach with the Gull Rocks sea stacks, is 5.9km to the north. Newquay is a 15-minute drive for surf beaches, the zoo, and aquarium, while Truro is about 20 minutes southeast.
