Beech Croft

Beech Croft is a three-bedroom cottage in Goonhavern, a village roughly a mile and a half inland from Perranporth on the north Cornwall coast. It sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms - a more generous bathroom layout than most properties at this size - and welcomes dogs.

Inside, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area and a living space with a log fire. Wi-Fi and a washing machine come as standard. Two bathrooms across six guests eases the usual morning bottleneck when a family is travelling together, and the layout works for two couples sharing as well as a larger family group.

Outside, a garden sits alongside the cottage, with private parking and EV charging on site. The setting is village rather than coast, but keeps the cottage within a short drive of the beach while staying cheaper and quieter than accommodation in Perranporth itself.

Goonhavern has a pub and a convenience store. Perranporth's long sandy beach is about a mile and a half away by road. St Agnes, with its sheltered cove and rugged clifftop walks, sits six miles in one direction, and Newquay with Fistral Beach is within 20 minutes by car in the other. The north coast surf towns from Porthtowan through Newquay are all reachable as day trips from the door.
