Tresooth's shared facilities are the headline draw: a large outdoor pool and hot tub from Easter to end of September, plus a sauna, second hot tub, games room and children's play area open year-round. Helford Passage is two miles away, with the Ferry Boat Inn, boat hire and the foot ferry crossing to Helford Village. Trebah and Glendurgan sub-tropical gardens are both within a short drive.

Falmouth is the main nearby town - harbour, National Maritime Museum and the ferry to St Mawes are all accessible within 20 minutes. Best for couples or small families wanting access to shared facilities and the Helford area. Less good for larger groups or those needing more than one bedroom.
