Marazion Attic is a top-floor penthouse apartment in the centre of Marazion, one of the oldest chartered towns in Britain. The flat sits within The Old Manse on Trevenner Square, with the beach and St Michael's Mount causeway roughly 200 metres away on foot.

Two bedrooms - one king-size and one twin - share a single bathroom with bath, shower over, heated towel rail, and WC. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining, and sitting space, with a balcony off the main room. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and washer dryer. Smart TV, WiFi, and a Bluetooth DAB radio are included. Off-road parking for two cars comes with an EV charging point - a useful addition given how few holiday properties in west Cornwall offer one. The apartment is accessed via external steps, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.

Marazion Beach is 1 km away, with views directly across to St Michael's Mount - the National Trust island reached by granite causeway at low tide. Perranuthnoe Beach, 2.1 km south, has rock pools and beginner-friendly surf. The village pub is 0.1 miles from the front door, and Penzance is 2 miles west for larger shops and the rail link.
