Eastleigh Cottage

Eastleigh Cottage is a granite-built property in Marazion with direct views of St Michael's Mount from its raised terrace. The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms and sits in one of the oldest chartered towns in Britain, on Cornwall's south-west coast.

Inside, exposed stone walls and overhead roof timbers are paired with contemporary furnishings. The ground floor is open plan, combining kitchen, dining, and living space. A wood burner heats the main room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second a twin arrangement. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with rainfall fitting. WiFi and a dishwasher are provided.

A slate-paved walled courtyard at the rear has a bistro table and chairs. The raised terrace faces west toward St Michael's Mount and Mounts Bay - a vantage point for evening light across the water. Off-road parking is included.

Marazion Beach is 800m away, with golden sand and calm water backed by views of the Mount. The causeway to St Michael's Mount opens at low tide for foot access; a boat service runs when the tide is in. Perranuthnoe Beach, a smaller sandy cove with rock pools and beginner-friendly surf, is 2.1km south. Penzance is 2 miles west, with rail connections to London Paddington, and the villages of Mousehole and Newlyn are a short drive beyond.
