Heading to the south coast you will find the harbour towns of Fowey and Polperro within 11 miles, and to the north you can visit Port Issac (famed in the Doc Martin TV show), try fish and chips at Rick Steins in Padstow and enjoy the rugged coast path and top surf spots at Polzeath and Newquay.  Also close by the world famous Eden Project, several National Trust properties and cyclists will enjoy the trails at Cardinham.

The property’s two bedrooms both benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms with WC. The first is a double room, while the second is a twin. There is a stairgate available for the top of the staircase.
