Long Barn

Long Barn is a single-storey converted barn at Green Pig Farm near Castle Gate, Ludgvan, in west Cornwall. The property sleeps two adults and two children across two bedrooms - a king-size double with TV and a children's bunk room.

The open-plan living space covers kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer. A bathroom with P-shaped bath, shower over, basin, and WC serves both bedrooms. A few internal steps separate the kitchen from the bedroom area. A highchair is available, and Smart TV with Freeview is fitted in the living space. Wi-Fi is included.

An enclosed private rear garden has decking and furniture. A second enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and barbecue is shared with one neighbouring property. Private parking for one car is on site. One well-behaved dog (spaniel-sized) is welcome.

Long Rock Beach, a sand and shingle stretch with direct views of St Michael's Mount, is 3.4 km away. Eastern Green Beach in Penzance, a calm family-friendly spot with shallow water, is 3.5 km. Marazion - the departure point for the causeway crossing to St Michael's Mount - is about a mile east, while Penzance with its harbour, mainline railway station, and restaurants is a similar distance west.
