Enter the property from the private parking area and into a light hallway. Taking a left turn into the bedroom which is a wonderfully cosy and relaxing room with a king size bed and soft lighting, this really is the best place to have breakfast in bed or a lazy morning. Next door is a fantastic modern shower room with a large double shower and WC. This room has wonderful luxury touches like the marble windowsills and striking splashbacks as well as a beautiful outlook of rolling countryside. Moving back through past the entrance you will find the beautiful modern kitchen/diner complete with an electric oven and hob, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, with beautiful views of the sea and St Michael's Mount from the kitchen window. The dining area seats two and is a fabulous place to enjoy a romantic meal or maybe just a morning coffee. Moving up a couple of steps and into the living room which is an inviting and very relaxing space, offering a large comfy sofa and Smart TV. You also have wonderful views from the living room window and a door opening out onto the outside terrace area.

Outside is a fabulous relaxing private terrace with garden furniture and spectacular views over rolling fields and a backdrop of the sea and St /Michael's Mount. This is a great spot to dine outdoors or watch the sunset. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
