Lily Cottage is a semi-detached property at Cardwen Farm near Pelynt, set in the countryside between Looe and Polperro on Cornwall's south coast. With 3 bedrooms across 2 floors and space for 6 guests, it works well for families and dog owners - 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The ground floor and upper level hold a double with en-suite shower room, a super-king, and a twin bedroom. A main bathroom has a bath with shower over. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A woodburning stove warms the sitting area - logs are provided on arrival, with extra loads at 5 pounds each.

Outside, communal landscaped gardens include a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ. There is no private parking, but bike storage is available on request. The nearest shop is a 12-minute walk; the closest pub is 1 mile. Talland Bay - a dog-friendly cove with calm water and 2 beach cafes - is 4.1km away. Lekerock Cove Beach, a remote rocky cove on the coast path, is 4.4km.

The South West Coast Path connects Looe to Polperro through this stretch, and Looe's working harbour with its fishing boats and independent restaurants is a short drive east. Care is needed with children in the grounds, as there are open ponds on the farm.
