Lewarne is a Grade II listed four-bedroom cottage in Boscastle, sleeping eight. The property sits on New Road, a short walk from the village's harbour and shops - 0.3 miles to the nearest pub and 0.4 miles to the nearest shop.

The cottage has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. A bathroom on the upper floor has a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, with an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. A kitchen with TV connects to two dining rooms. The sitting room retains period features consistent with the building's listed status. Oil central heating, an electric range, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, and dishwasher are provided. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Two dogs are welcome.

A front garden has a patio area, and a rear enclosed patio provides sheltered seating. Parking is roadside nearby or in the village car park; between October and April, roadside parking at the property itself is available. The road and steps leading to the cottage are steep.

Bossiney Cove, a secluded sandy cove with turquoise water and Elephant Rock, is 3.6km north towards Tintagel. Crackington Haven Beach, enclosed by dramatic striped sandstone cliffs, is 7.3km south along the coast path. Boscastle's harbour - one of the few natural harbours on Cornwall's north coast, with a dog-leg entrance cut in 1584 - is the starting point for walks in both directions along the South West Coast Path. Tintagel Castle is 5 miles north.
