Boscastle View is a single-storey, semi-detached cottage on the outskirts of Boscastle, set on a working farm with private paddock access for guests. The property sits on the north Cornwall coast, within reach of the South West Coast Path and the National Trust harbour village below.

Inside, three bedrooms accommodate up to seven - a family room with double and single bed plus en-suite shower, a double with its own en-suite, and a twin. The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a dishwasher and Smart TV, while the sitting room centres on an open fire. Wi-Fi runs throughout.

The enclosed front garden faces the surrounding farmland, and off-road parking handles multiple vehicles. Two dogs are welcome. Crackington Haven Beach, a coarse-sand cove backed by striped sandstone cliffs with reliable surf, is 4.4km away. Bossiney Cove - a sandy, dog-friendly beach near Tintagel accessible at low tide - lies 6.9km to the south-west.

Boscastle itself was rebuilt after the 2004 flood and centres on its harbour, one of the few natural harbours on the north coast. The Museum of Witchcraft sits by the water, and Tintagel Castle is 5 miles north along the cliff path. The nearest pub is 1.1 miles from the cottage.
