Kingcup Cottage is an all ground-floor property near St Columb Major, part of the Tregamere Barton group of holiday cottages in the mid-Cornwall countryside. The cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms and has level access throughout.

The king-size master bedroom has an en-suite with bath, hand-held shower, separate shower cubicle, basin, and WC. A second double and a twin share a walk-in shower room. The open-plan living space combines kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, dining area, and sitting room with gas fire and three Smart TVs. Shared facilities include a games room with pool table and table football, and a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.

St Columb Major is just over a mile away, with its 15th-century church and the Hurling the Silver Ball tradition dating to the 1590s. Mawgan Porth Beach is 8.4km to the northwest, Watergate Bay 8.6km, and Newquay's beaches are about 15 minutes by car. The A39 and A3059 junction nearby makes both coasts accessible within a short drive.
