Kernyk Cottage is a traditional granite-built cottage on the edge of Porkellis, a rural hamlet midway between Falmouth and Porthleven. The 2-bedroom layout sleeps 4 across a double and a twin room, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Aged granite steps lead up to the entrance, and a sheltered south-facing patio with BBQ catches the afternoon sun. EV charging is available on site alongside off-road parking.

Porkellis sits in a quiet agricultural valley with walking trails from the door. The village pub, which accepts dogs, is 0.4 miles away - a practical asset for guests with up to 3 dogs. Falmouth is around 5 miles north, with its deep-water port, National Maritime Museum, and Gyllyngvase Beach. Porthleven is a similar distance to the south, with its harbour-side restaurants and access to the Lizard coast path. Helford Passage beach is 9.6km.
