Inside, the ground floor has a kitchen with breakfast bar, a sitting room, and a conservatory. The king-size double has an en-suite shower room; the remaining two bedrooms are twins, one of which can be configured as a king-size on request. A family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the first floor. The property has an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus TV with Sky and Wi-Fi throughout.

Outside, a small enclosed patio area has garden furniture, and off-road parking fits two cars. Bossiney Cove Beach - a secluded sandy cove with turquoise water and caves - is 1.3km away. Tregardock Beach, a wilder surf spot reached by a steep cliff path, sits 4.7km along the coast.

Tintagel itself centres on the English Heritage castle ruins, reached by the 2019 footbridge spanning a 58-metre gorge. The Old Post Office (National Trust) and St Nectan's Glen waterfall are both within walking distance. Shops and a pub are a 2-minute walk from the front door.
