Jacana

Jacana is a three-bedroom reverse-level house on Gwythian Way in Perranporth, positioned on the cliffs above the beach with panoramic sea views from the first-floor living space and balcony. The elevated, reverse-level design places the bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living area upstairs to maximise the coastal outlook.

The first-floor open-plan space combines a kitchen with induction hob and breakfast bar, a sitting area, and a furnished balcony overlooking the sea. Downstairs, two of the three bedrooms have sea views - one king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, one king-size, and one twin with 3-foot singles. A family bathroom with bath, shower, and heated towel rail serves the second and third bedrooms. A separate cloakroom completes the ground floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave.

Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and designated off-road parking for two cars.

Perranporth Beach is 900 metres away - 3 miles of golden sand with consistent surf, lifeguards in summer, and the Watering Hole pub built directly on the beach. Trevellas Cove, a quieter pebble cove near St Agnes with clear water for snorkelling, is 3.1km south. Perranporth village has pubs, shops, and cafes within half a mile, and the coast path north leads to the remains of St Piran's Oratory, one of Cornwall's oldest Christian sites.
