Higher Bolenna is a three-bedroom cottage on the edge of Perranporth, 900 metres from one of Cornwall's longest sandy beaches. The property has wheelchair-accessible ramp entry, underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump, and a wraparound garden with a pool table in the games room.

Inside, the ground floor has a king-size bedroom, a double, and a twin - all with basins. Two bathrooms serve the property: a ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate walk-in shower room. The kitchen-diner leads through to a utility room, while the first-floor sitting room gives a slightly elevated vantage point. A dishwasher, Smart TVs, and WiFi are included.

The wraparound garden has multiple decked seating areas with furniture, and off-road parking fits three cars. Perranporth Beach - 3 miles of sand with lifeguard cover in summer - is 0.9km away. Trevellas Cove, a quieter shingle beach popular for snorkelling, sits 3.2km to the south near St Agnes.

Perranporth village has pubs and shops within a 0.4-mile walk, including the Watering Hole - a bar built directly on the beach. Two dogs are welcome. The cottage accepts children aged 10 and over only.
