Just a few metres from the popular Mill Pool, the apartment makes a great base for exploring the seaside town of Looe. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby, and crossing the bridge over the river you will reach the sandy East Looe Beach just half a mile away. From the harbour, you can take a boat trip out to Looe Island, a Marine Conservation Zone which is a haven for grey seals, cormorants and oystercatchers. Also nearby are Wild Futures – the Monkey Sanctuary, and Looe Valley Vineyard, both within 5 miles.

Entering this elegant property, a lift will take you up to the apartment on the third floor. Stepping inside the apartment, the entrance foyer has plenty of space for storing coats and boots before you head through to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring a Smart TV, the pretty lounge makes a great space to sit back and enjoy a movie at the end of a memorable day. The central dining area is perfect for sharing your favourite meals which you can cook in the stylishly designed kitchen which has lovely views. When it’s time to retire, there are two cheerful bedrooms: a lovely king-size room with plenty of storage space and its own en-suite shower room, and a charming twin room which can be made up as a super-king-size if preferred. There’s also an attractive bathroom with a beautiful feature bath.

From the lounge, patio doors lead onto a balcony with a bistro table and chairs, making a lovely spot for a morning coffee as you gaze out and take in the panoramic views over the river.
