Goshen Farm

Goshen Farm is a two-storey farmhouse near the village of Mithian, roughly 2.7 km inland from the north coast cliffs around St Agnes. The property sleeps six, welcomes one dog, and has an open fire in the sitting room.

Three bedrooms spread across the upper floor - one king-size double and two twins. A bathroom with bath, shower over, bidet, and WC serves the bedrooms, with a separate ground-floor shower room providing a second bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. A separate dining room and sitting room with open fire give the ground floor distinct living spaces. WiFi, TV, DVD player, and iPod dock are included.

Outside, a lawned garden has furniture for outdoor meals, and off-road parking accommodates two cars. A cot and highchair are available for families. The nearest pub is a 5-minute walk from the door. Trevellas Cove - a rugged pebble beach known for clear water and shore fishing - is 2.7 km away, while Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes, lifeguarded in summer with good surf, is 2.9 km.

St Agnes has a strong independent character, with galleries, cafes, and The Taphouse pub in the village. The Wheal Coates engine house on the cliffs south of the village is one of the most photographed buildings in Cornwall, and St Agnes Beacon gives 360-degree views across the county.
