Avalon is a detached 3-bedroom cottage in St Agnes, set on Water Lane within a 15-minute walk of Trevaunance Cove. The property accommodates 6 guests and sits in one of Cornwall's north coast former mining villages, where the Wheal Coates engine house marks the clifftop skyline.

Inside, the cottage has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double, and a bunk room suited to children. A family bathroom with bath and shower over serves the upper floor. The ground floor is open between kitchen and living/dining room, with a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi throughout.

Outside, a terraced patio garden has seating furniture and overlooks the surrounding rooftops. Off-road parking fits two cars. Trevaunance Cove - a sandy beach with surf, rock pools, and summer lifeguard cover - is 1 km downhill. Trevellas Cove, a quieter shingle cove popular with snorkellers, lies 1.3 km along the coast path.

St Agnes has its own cluster of independent shops, galleries, and pubs - the nearest pub is 0.1 miles from the door. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, connecting to Chapel Porth and Porthtowan to the south. St Agnes Beacon, managed by the National Trust, is a short climb above the village for 360-degree views across Cornwall.
