Gare Barn is a three-bedroom reverse-layout barn conversion on the Tregothnan Estate near Veryan, sleeping 6. A king-size bed and two zip-and-link super-kings that convert to twins provide flexible sleeping across the group.

Inside, the first floor houses an open-plan living and dining room alongside the kitchen - a reversed layout that makes the most of the rural views. Two bath/shower rooms handle a party of six without pressure points on the single-bathroom bottleneck common in older barn conversions.

Outside, a fully enclosed large garden provides private grounds, with parking for up to three cars. The working farm setting stays quiet year-round. Pendower Beach is 5.2 km away, with Carne Beach at 5.3 km and Porthluney Bay at 9.2 km - all National Trust-owned and reached through the country lanes of the Roseland.

Ruan Lanihorne sits 2 miles away with a village pub, and Tregony at 3 miles has a convenience store, post office, and The Kings Arms. The working fishing village of Portloe is 7 miles south with its harbour slipway. Truro, the county's cathedral city, is a 7-mile drive. Tregothnan itself holds the only tea plantation in Britain, and its independent tea brand is stocked locally.
