Fairholme is a three-bedroom cottage on Lundy Road in Port Isaac, 300 metres from Port Gaverne Beach. The property sleeps 6, welcomes one small dog, and has ground-floor bedrooms suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor - a twin and a double, each with their own shower and wash basin - alongside a separate WC. The first floor has a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and shower, plus a sitting room. The dining room, on the ground floor, has a woodburning stove and leads into a conservatory. A kitchen with a dishwasher, integrated fridge-freezer, and washer-dryer completes the layout.

Private parking for 2 cars is included, and the enclosed garden has a picnic table. Port Gaverne Beach, a sheltered cove with calm water for swimming and kayaking, is a 5-minute walk. Tregardock Beach, a remote sandy beach with rock formations, is 5.3km away.

Port Isaac is a working fishing village with a 14th-century harbour and narrow streets recognisable as the filming location for Doc Martin. Nathan Outlaw's Michelin-starred restaurant and several seafood spots are in the village. The coast path west leads to Port Quin, about 3km along the cliff.
