Blue Lobster Cottage is a three-bedroom, dog-friendly property on New Road in Port Isaac, Cornwall's north coast fishing village and filming location for Doc Martin. The cottage has a log burner in the sitting room and a wine cooler in the kitchen - two details that set it apart.

Three bedrooms include a king-size, a double, and a bunk room. A single shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC serves all three. The kitchen and dining area has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. An external utility room provides additional storage. There are steps to the front door and around the exterior of the property.

The rear garden has patio seating, furniture, and a fire pit for evening use. Off-road parking fits one car (the space measures 195cm wide by 435cm long), with additional off-road parking and a public car park nearby. Port Gaverne Beach, a sheltered cove with rock pools and calm water, is 400 metres away. Tregardock Beach is 5.3km along the coast path.

Port Isaac's harbour area is a short walk downhill, where fresh seafood comes straight off the boats and the Fisherman's Friends sing shanties on the Platt through the summer. The village shop is 150 metres away, and the nearest pub about 300 metres. One dog is welcome, with a stair gate provided at the bottom of the stairs.
