Erin Cottage is a ground-floor cottage on Cardwen Farm near Pelynt, about 4 miles inland from Looe on Cornwall's south-east coast. The property is wheelchair-accessible throughout and welcomes up to two dogs.

Two bedrooms - a double and a twin - sit on the lower ground floor alongside the bathroom, which has a bath with shower over. The open-plan living space upstairs combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. A Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, and Smart TV with Freeview are included. A communal tumble dryer serves the farm's barns.

Looe itself is a working fishing town split across a Victorian bridge, with independent shops, galleries, and fish restaurants lining the narrow harbour streets. The Looe Valley branch line railway connects to mainline services at Liskeard. A village shop is a 12-minute walk from the cottage, and the nearest pub is about a mile away.
