Gwynver Beach - the sandy north end of Sennen Cove - is 2.3km, with Sennen itself at 4.1km. St Just village square (clock tower, two pubs, the bakery) is a 15-minute walk.

Best for couples wanting a quiet rural base in Penwith for coastal walks, surf trips to Sennen, and mining heritage at Botallack. Less good for guests who want sea views from the windows, dog-friendly stays, or to walk to a sandy beach - the closest is Gwynver, a 25-minute walk down lanes.
