Cranberry is a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage on Broadclose Hill in Bude, north Cornwall, 700m from Summerleaze Beach. The property sleeps 5 and sits within steps of the nearest shop and pub.

Inside, the ground floor has a kitchen-diner, a separate dining room, and a sitting room with an electric fire. A cloakroom with basin and WC is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a single, served by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. WiFi and TV are included.

The enclosed lawned garden has a patio area with furniture, and off-road parking is provided. Summerleaze Beach - home to the tidal Bude Sea Pool - is 700m away, and Crooklets Beach, the town's main surf spot with lifeguard cover and a beachside cafe, is 1.1km. Two well-behaved pets are accepted.

Bude has two supermarkets, a range of restaurants, and the 19th-century canal for kayaking and walking. The coast path heads north from Crooklets toward Sandymouth and south past Widemouth Bay, both within easy reach on foot or by car.
