The property sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom, with all accommodation on one level for easy access. Views from the rear of the cottage and garden look out across St Ives Bay.

Tehidy Country Park, with its woodland trails and bridleways, is within easy reach. The dramatic cliff-top viewpoint at Hell's Mouth is roughly half a mile along the South West Coast Path, and Godrevy Point with its lighthouse is about 2 miles further.

Hayle, 3 miles south, has a supermarket and shops. The town sits at the mouth of the Hayle Estuary, home to an RSPB reserve that draws migratory waders including curlews and little egrets. St Ives is a 20-minute drive west, with the Tate St Ives and harbour. Pubs serving food can be found in both Gwithian and Portreath, each about 2 miles away.
