Courtyard Cottage - within the Helland Barton Farm collection

Courtyard Cottage is a three-bedroom property at Helland Barton Farm near Delabole, set among farmland on higher ground about 3 miles from Cornwall's north coast. The cottage comes with a private hot tub and a woodburning stove in the sitting room.

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 - a king-size with en-suite bath (shower over), a super-king-size (zip/link, convertible to twin), and a twin (also zip/link, convertible to super-king). A separate shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The kitchen/diner is fitted with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The sitting room has a Smart TV, WiFi, and the woodburning stove as its focal point. Tea, coffee, sugar, and fresh milk are provided on arrival.

A front patio has outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ, with off-road parking for 2 cars. The hot tub is included in the rental. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Tregardock Beach - a remote sandy cove with powerful surf and dramatic rock formations - is 3.2 km away, reached by a steep 15-20 minute path from the cliff top. Bossiney Cove, a secluded sandy beach near Tintagel accessible only at low tide, is 6.5 km. Delabole village is less than a mile away, home to England's oldest working slate quarry (in continuous use since the 1300s) and the start of a 3.5-mile circular walk through the surrounding countryside. Tintagel, Port Isaac, and Boscastle are all within a 15-minute drive, and the South West Coast Path is accessible from several nearby points.
