Cornerstone

Cornerstone is a four-bedroom cottage on Castle Horneck Road in Penzance, sleeping eight across a mix of king-size beds and bunks. It comes with a hot tub, enclosed gardens front and rear, and off-road parking for five cars - practical for multi-family groups arriving separately. Two dogs are welcome.

The ground floor has three of the four bedrooms, including two king-size rooms with TVs (one with an en-suite bath and walk-in shower, one with an en-suite walk-in shower) and a bunk room. The fourth king-size bedroom is upstairs with its own en-suite. A separate ground-floor shower room serves the common areas. The kitchen is equipped with dual ovens, two fridge-freezers, a coffee machine, and two dishwashers - scaled for larger groups. A conservatory extends the living space.

The rear garden has a pond (supervision needed for young children), patio furniture, and the hot tub. The front garden is also enclosed. Eastern Green Beach, a calm family beach with views of St Michael's Mount, is 2.5 km away. Long Rock Beach - a sand and shingle stretch between Penzance and Marazion - is 3.7 km.

Penzance town centre is walkable, with a pub 0.2 miles away and shops at 0.3 miles. The Jubilee Pool lido, Penlee House Gallery, and the Scillonian III ferry terminal are all within reach on foot. Newlyn fishing port is a mile south-west.
