A wood burner in the sitting room and an open fire give two heat sources for autumn and winter stays. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washer; courtyard garden is enclosed but compact.

Eastern Green Beach is 1.4km along the bay and the restored 1935 Jubilee Pool lido is around 10 minutes on foot. Chapel Street with the Egyptian House and the Admiral Benbow pub is a 5-minute walk. Marazion and the St Michael's Mount causeway sit 3 miles east, walkable across the sand at low tide. St Ives is a 30-minute drive via the A30.

Best for two families or a group of six wanting a town-centre base with parking and reach to west Cornwall. Less good for a single family wanting more than one bathroom or for guests bringing a dog - this property doesn't accept them.
