By The Beach is a detached single-storey cottage in Seaton, near Downderry on Cornwall's south-east coast. Built entirely on one level with wheelchair access, grab rails, and a walk-in shower with seat, the property accommodates up to 8 guests and welcomes dogs at no extra charge.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with a woodburning stove and sofa bed. Three bedrooms include a double with en-suite walk-in shower and grab rail, plus two twin rooms where beds can be joined into king-size on request. A separate bathroom features a claw-foot bath.
