Four bedrooms include two king-size doubles (one with en-suite bath, shower over, and WC) and two twins. One twin has a TV, Nintendo Wii, and PlayStation 4 with a selection of games. A main bathroom with bath and heated towel rail and a separate shower room with walk-in shower complete the accommodation. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. A TV with BT Sport and Netflix, a Bose wireless speaker, and Wi-Fi are provided throughout.

The apartment has a seaward-facing balcony with furniture and a south-facing decked terrace - both useful for making the most of the coastal light. Carbis Bay Beach, a Blue Flag sandy cove with seasonal lifeguards, is 600 metres downhill. Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand popular for birdwatching, is 1.6km away. St Ives is a 25-minute walk along the coast path or one stop on the branch line from Carbis Bay halt.
