A three-bedroom mid-terrace cottage in Portreath, 200m uphill from the harbour beach. The property sleeps five across three floors and has an enclosed rear garden with an outdoor shower - practical for rinsing off sand after a day on the coast.

The ground floor has a sitting room with an electric fire. Upstairs, the kitchen-diner is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and washer-dryer. Three bedrooms - one king with Smart TV, one twin (zip-link, convertible to king), and one single - each have their own Smart TV. A walk-in shower room and a separate first-floor cloakroom serve the house.

Outside, the rear garden has table and chairs. Off-road parking takes two cars. Portreath Beach, a sandy north-coast beach with reliable surf and RNLI lifeguard cover in summer, is a short walk down the hill. Godrevy Beach, the wide National Trust strand with views of the lighthouse that inspired Virginia Woolf, is 7.7km east.

Portreath sits at one end of the Coast to Coast mineral tramway cycle route to Devoran on the Fal estuary. The village has a pub, a handful of cafes, and a beach shop. Redruth is 4 miles inland, and the mining coast beaches at Porthtowan and Gwithian are within easy reach.
